Uncle Sam Army/Navy Needle Folder WW1 era Made in Czechoslovakia, containing Queen Royal Goldey'd Sharps Needles.  This needle case kit is a rare piece to be found in this condition and with needles present.  Spine is worn and partially split from bottom up 1 inch.  Back bottom edge under the word Czechoslovakia is a small tear under 1/4".  I did not take photos of all needles since the little packets are so difficult to unfold without causing damage to individual packets.  What needles I viewed, there was signs of corrosion which obviously would affect their usage, however does not affect the originality some 100 years later.  I could however feel the needles through the packets confirming their presents.  Wonderful piece and deserves to be in the hands of someone who can appreciate this vintage find.
