Internal ball bearing tapered raceway eliminates twisting where the collet and nut makes contact, resulting in a smooth and stable collapse of the collet around the cutting tool thus improving overall runout and clamping force
Ball bearing is made from Taiwan and the collet nut is balanced to 12,000 RPM
Made from alloy steel hardened to 55-56 HRC
Internal thread and taper are precision ground
