The tool holder is balanced to 30,000 RPM’s
Designed for a 1/16"-3/4" collet range with a 60mm
length

These tool holders are dynamically balanced to 30,000 RPM’s at 2.5
We spec these tool holders to 30,000 rpms which makes a smoother running tool at 18,000-24,000 RPM's.
Pull studs (retention knobs) are compatible with HSD and many other spindles.
Made from hardened alloy steel
(same as bearing & races)
for outstanding core strength,
improved accuracy and tool life

Each one is wiped with oil, wrapped in plastic, and then placed in it's own protective case.
The tool cradle is made from Dupont Delrin cast over steel for long wear life.
