    Description

    This is a reusable knife scale resin mold.  It is made from 1/2" thick HDPE.  It can be used for hundreds of molds.  Resins do not stick to HDPE.  Casting can be easily removed by tapping the bottom of the mold.  The mold does not need to be disassembled to remove casting.  However, there is a pop out plug that can facilitate casting removable by removing the plug and tapping out the casting with a small rod.  The sides are slightly tilting to make casting removable easier.  No mold release is required.  The mold has been liquid tested, so it can be used without a plastic liner or with a plastic liner.  The entire mold can be disassembled by removing the screws and can be reassembled  and resealed with silicone caulk.  The mold will fit into most  2 gallon pressure chambers.
