    Description

    This is a pretty clean Jacobs Collet Chuck #91-A6 for use on many lathes such as South Bend, Logan and Sheldon Monarch that use a 2 1/4" X 8 tpi spindle.  The advantage of these chucks are they make collet removal and installation quick and easy,  the rubber flex collets have a wider holding range than steel collets, and they are especially good at holding pieces with thin sides (similar to tubing) firmly but gently.
