These incense are wonderful for meditation and relaxation.  Traditionally, Sweetgrass (also known as the Hair of Mother Earth) was used by Native American tribes to attract positive spirits and energies.  Meanwhile, Yerba Santa was used in the past as a treatment for medical purposes among tribes and recent research has certain traits which help the brain.
Scent is of the savory with a hint of floral, and falls within the Earth element family.  This is the single pack listing which contains 15 grams of incense, please see my other listings if you already know you like this product and would prefer the
