Overall worn but de

condition with at least one mechanical defect in the rotating wheel section.  It appears to be in mostly working condition but is
currently
NOT fully operable.
There is a rotating wheel for the month, two for the date and two for the year.  All wheels rotate except for the first year digit numeral wheel.
There is some
chipping on the under rim of the stamp head (see photo #11)
Due to estimated age and wear there is some rusting, wearing of black finish and oxidation throughout.
The ink ribbon on it is unusable/not working (dry).
