    Roger Clemens' Flame Roasted Chicken

    This is a set of 4 vintage paper cups (approximately 25 years old) from the short-lived restaurant chain called Roger Clemens' Sports World Flame Roasted Chicken, named after former Major League Baseball Pitcher Roger "The Rocket" Clemens.  The restaurant opened--I believe--around 1993 in Warwick, RI.  Unfortunately, it only lasted about 3 years.
    Roger's professional career included:  Boston Red Sox (1984-1996); Toronto Blue Jays (1997-1998); New York Yankees (1999-2003); and Houston Astros (2004-2006).
    These are great collectibles for sports fans, restaurant enthusiasts, or anyone interested in vintage ephemera.
