SHIPPING
YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. Complete shipping address including business name.
2. A contact person and phone number for delivery.
3. You must specify if address is commercial or residential.
4. Most equipment is shipped on a pallet. We need to know if you need a lift gate for delivery or if you have a dock or way of unloading.
5. We ship within 1-3 business days of confirmed funds unless otherwise noted in listing.
6. If crating is required; a 0 crating fee will be added and buyer is responsible.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:
If you are not happy with your purchase and we are unable to make things right, then we will accept a return under these specific conditions: If returns are necessary,
buyer will be required to pay all return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee on returns other than item not as described.
The buyer can refuse to accept the shipment, if they believe item is
"NOT AS DESCRIBED"
or damaged in shipping. We cannot accept returns, after the item is accepted, taken off the pallet or installed.
